bvonk | De Brit Lewis Hamilton is vandaag als snelste begonnen op het Silverstone circuit, gevolgd door zijn teamgenoot Valtteri Bottas en de Ferrari van Sebastian Vettel. Max Verstappen noteerde de zesde tijd maar moest kort daarna zijn wagen stilzetten door een technisch probleem.
